Some information about the eBook

The writer/poet Mimis Georgopoulos was born in Kefalonia but spent his childhood in Messolonghi.
The album of this eBook was created with a focus on selected sea pebbles. All of them are hand-painted with tempera and coated with varnish, so that their colors endure over time.
The themes depicted on the pebbles are partly the poet’s own and partly beautiful replicas that offered him inspiration.
As he himself says:
“a painted pebble on its own, placed on paper, has no life; that is why I marry it to its corresponding verse, and thus it acquires meaning for the viewer/reader.”
