Process Management

StF-management oversees the complete Process Management of the “MINT-EC-Schriftenreihe”, published by MINT-EC.
This responsibility includes:

• Managing the entire implementation process of the publication series
• Consolidating and coordinating submitted manuscripts
• Administering copyrights and rights of use
• Setting up and maintaining cloud-based services
• Following up with participants on outstanding issues
• Coordinating communication with author groups
• Proofreading and editorial review
• Page layout, production, and publication

MINT-EC is the national excellence network of secondary schools in Germany with a strong profile in Mathematics, Information Technology, Natural Sciences, and Technology.
MINT is the German acronym corresponding to the internationally known STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and refers to the educational development of skills in these key fields.

The material and results from a wide range of activities carried out by the member schools of the network of excellence and their teachers are collected and published in the MINT-EC-Schriftenreihe. These downloadable electronic publications support school heads and subject teachers in the qualitative development of schools and in the promotion of attractive, practical MINT education.
